BOOKINGS

Once the booking is made, you will receive an email with all the instructions within 24 hours. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required in order to guarantee your booking.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you the indications on how to get to the meeting point.

PAYMENT

The balance of rent is due in cash on your arrival.

Without this payment you would have no access to the house.

Price includes a fully furnished house,( linen, towels), and utility bills.

It also includes a breakfast pack for the first day.

A security deposit of 80€ is required, that must be paid on arrival. The deposit does not apply towards the rent; however it is fully refundable in case there are no damages on departure.

CANCELLATIONS

In case you need to change your booking, please send us an email to ring@alrecer.com. We will only accept changes by email, never by phone. Any change will depend on the availability of the house.

Our cancellation policy and refund:
- Cancellations that are made by 20 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, so we will refund the 100% of the payment (except 10 € as a cancellation fee).
- Cancellations that are made 20- 10 days prior to your arrival date will incur in penalty, so we will refund the 50% of the payment (minus 10 € as a management costs).
- Cancellations that are not made earlier than 10 days before your arrival date will incur in penalty, so we will not refund the payment.

ARRIVAL DATE

We will need to know your arrival date at least 2 days in advance.

There is not check-in or check-out time, but the house will be available from 2pm and guests should gone by 12pm.

However, check-in and check-out time could be adapted to the guests needs, as long as the it is available.

In any case, check-in time earlier than 9am or later than 9pm will have an extra 20€ charge. Check-in time later than 2pm is not possible.

The holder’s booking should bring a copy of his/her ID or Passport, and he/she should sign a rental rules agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

You will find the house in perfect conditions. For stays longer than 7 days, the price includes, changing of the linen and towels set and a weekly cleaning service.

On departure guests should leave the house tidy.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The name and identity of guests should be given when you confirm the booking, to guarantee access to the house to the right person.

This house is only available for people over 18 years old, this is compulsory.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

If guests do not respect these rules, duties and obligations, management will request them to leave the house. Guests will not be able to demand any sort of compensation neither indemnity.

Guests can´t sublet or lend the house to others.

KEYS

The booking ´s holder will receive a set of keys on arrival (2 sets of keys, if there are more than 4 guests).Loosing a set of keys will mean that the security deposit will not be refunded.

SECURITY & HOUSE RULES

Parties, loud music and other sort of activities that would bother the neighborhood are not allowed. In case of any of these situations guests will be asked to leave, they would lose the rent and the security deposit.

In spite of the house being fully equipped and in good conditions, guests should respect security rules. Particularly guest should pay attention while children are close to stairs or windows.

Guests accept rental conditions when they book the house, so the management expects them to be respected. In addition to this, guests will sign a rental rules agreement page together with the rental contract.

Booking
